My personal pick of multiroom wireless ecosystem is B&W Formation suites. After the release of initial products last year, they have not had much of discount/sales. However, they are currently offering 15% discount on many of B&W products including all the formation products until March 15.
B&W Formation Suite has one of the class-leading hardware from the sound quality stand point of view; however, software feature and input options are lacking.
Recent change in cooperate head with separation from Eva Automation may appear concern to some. However, B&W has its brand name behind and reportedly company is performing well.
The overall business performance of Bowers & Wilkins remains very good. The brand has just enjoyed one of its best-ever sales quarters, has a full order book for its premium 800 Series Diamond loudspeakers and has won multiple Awards for many of its newly released products. At the same time, its partnerships with Philips TV, BMW, Maserati, McLaren and Volvo continue to thrive. There will be several exciting new product launches in the months to come to help build upon this sustained track record of success.
