Download firmware
Once the account is created, we need to download the proper firmware for the specific access point model.
Go back to https://support.ruckuswireless.com and log in.
*You can technically proceed remaining steps without logging in, but before downloading the file, it will prompt you to log in.
Then from the top navigation bar, click downloads.
On this screen, search or select your hardware model from the list. In my case, I selected R350.
Scroll down the page. Find and hit download tab. Then click Show filter to expand. This allows you to see the versions of software available for the model, which are sorted the latest to the oldest. The latest on this list is 200.14, so I selected this.
Now you can see there are 3 versions of 200.14. I want the latest, stable version. So based on the date, I choose 200.14.6.1.203. Click the hyperlink.
Finally, click the Download Software on the right upper corner of this page. This will download the firmware you will be using to flash on to Ruckus access point.
